- Diagnostic imaging reports
- Specialist radiology consultation
All services are performed under the supervision of a qualified Oral Radiologist.
3. Medical Disclaimer
- Imaging reports are diagnostic aids only
- Final diagnosis and treatment planning must be done by the referring dentist or doctor
- We are not responsible for clinical decisions taken based on reports
4. Appointments and Booking
- Appointments may be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or website
- Patients are advised to arrive on time
- Delays may result in rescheduling
5. Reporting Timeline
- OPG & Cephalogram: Same-day reporting
- CBCT: Within 24 hours (unless specified otherwise)
- Urgent cases may be prioritized
6. Payments
- All services must be paid as per the applicable charges
- Prices may change without prior notice
7. Data and Reports
- Digital reports and images are shared with patients and/or referring doctors
- Patients are responsible for safeguarding their copies
- We are not liable for loss of data once delivered

Patients must:

- Follow instructions during imaging procedures
- Inform staff of pregnancy or medical conditions
9. Limitation of Liability
